Dopamine is essentially a chemical that’s released by neurons (nerve cells), to send signals to other nerve cells, in the brain. The brain includes several distinct dopamine pathways, which plays a major role in the motivational component of reward-motivated behavior.
Dopamine is responsible for your happiness, which is great, if you’re experiencing this sensation and stimulation from having a cigar, as a stress reliever.
Absolutely, smoking a cigar is a stress reliever and there’s nothing wrong with that, whatever you are indulging in, should bring you some sort of pleasure, happiness, and excitement, and that includes smoking a cigar, too!
