Hello “Cigar Community” and “Cigar Family!” Thank you for joining us and reading another great article here at Red Lips and Cigar Stick™
Today’s dapper gentleman (Dapper Gent) of the week is Chad Williams out of Miami, FL.
Chad is a retired Marine, who is originally from New Iberia, Louisiana. As a Marine, you are taught about giving or receiving orders, as well as behaving in a manner that inspires others. There are many core values such as integrity, discipline, and teamwork, to name a few that are instilled in these great men and women, who serve, and/or have served in the United States Marine Corps. “Once a Marine, always a Marine!”
Chad takes pride in being a dignified gentleman, as well as being a retired Marine. And, as we all know and have witnessed, the attire of a Marine, especially for a formal or ceremonial occasion their uniforms are always very polished, sharp, crisp, and elaborate. Therefore, it doesn’t surprise me, about how well Chad dresses, in his personal life, because as a Marine, you are always aware of your measurements and accustomed to having the properly fitted suit.
Also, Chad workout and exercises regularly, which keeps his physique in the best condition, to wear a variety of custom and tailored made suits, to fit him properly that he can wear with confidence.
Chad is not afraid to wear patterns or adding accents to enhance his looks.
Aside from his debonair attire, he took an interest in cigars back in 2015, while vacationing at South Beach. What struck his interest in cigars, while on vacation, there was a vendor, who hand-rolled cigars outside of his store. Chad was able to speak with him and the shop owner gave Chad a rundown on the different types of cigars and cigar etiquette. This started his cigar journey from there.
Chad’s favorite cigar is the Padron line of cigars. He likes to pair his cigars with D’Usse, when he’s having an evening smoke and when he’s having a mid-day smoke, he prefers Perrier-Jouet Champagne.
Chad is definitely a cigar enthusiast, he’s a member of the Westside Smokers Cigar Club. He currently holds the title as Westside Smokers Miami Chapter Ambassador. There are many chapters for this club, which originated in Houston, Texas, but there’s a Phoenix Chapter, Miami Chapter, and one in the Bahamas.
Chad is our “Dapper Gent” of the week because of his fashion sense, his admirable service and commitment he served to his country, as a Marine and still being a devoted serviceman, as a retired Marine. Chad’s pride, dignity, and character make him a real stand-up guy with a lot of integrity, and morals.
