Fall-Into-Fall!!!!!!!

The First Day of Fall is Monday, so “Fall-into-Fall” with some great cocktail recipes that are a combination of flavors, textures, temperatures, and colors, which reminds you of Fall, unpredictable, but beautiful! STRAWBERRY NEGRONI

STRAWBERRY NEGRONI
1oz Strawberry infused Campari
1oz Strawberry Gin
1oz Vermouth.

Instructions 
Pour ingredients into a glass filled with ice and stir.

 

CHAI SPICED APPLE CIDER

CHAI SPICED APPLE CIDER
This cocktail can be served either chilled or warmed up depending on the weather

Chai Concentrate:
2 Cups of Water
2 Black Tea Bags
Piece of Ginger
1tbsp Honey
6 Cardamom Seeds
3 Cinnamon Sticks
4 Whole Cloves
2 Star Anise
1 Vanilla Bean
6oz Spiced Rum
Apple Cider

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for tea bags into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes or so. Pour mixture through a strainer and cool. Divide rum and 1/4 cup of concentrate between glasses. Top with Apple Cider – Makes 4.

BLACKBERRY DARK AND STORMY
Dark Rum
Lime Juice
Mint Leaves
Blackberries
Ginger Beer

Instructions
Muddle mint, blackberries, and lime in a shaker. Add rum and ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a glass and top with ginger beer.

 

SPICY PAPAYA PASSION

SPICY PAPAYA PASSION
1/2 Papaya peeled
1 Cup of Chipotle infused Tequila
1 Cup of Lime Juice
1/2 Cup of Sugar Syrup (or to taste)
Sparkling Water

Instructions
Muddle papaya in a shaker with a little water. Strain into a jug and add lime juice, sugar syrup and infused tequila. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Makes 2
